Job Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote

Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help manage and scale our email channel.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, nurturing our community, and supporting our product launches — all through clean, conversion-focused email marketing.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage our Klaviyo email account, flows, segments, and campaigns
  2. Plan, design, and send weekly email campaigns aligned with our brand calendar
  3. Monitor and improve performance: open rates, click rates, revenue per email
  4. Create and test A/B subject lines, content blocks, CTAs
  5. Build and optimise automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback
  6. Collaborate on launches and promos to ensure timely email support
  7. Repurpose content from social for email in a clean, family-friendly tone
  8. Prepare weekly reports and insights on email performance.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  1. Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 – 2 years of experience.
  2. Has proven sales email experience and a portfolio of high-performing email campaigns. Klaviyo is a nice-to-have
  3. Can write engaging, clean, and on-brand copy (bonus if you’ve worked with beauty brands)
  4. Understands e-commerce funnels and customer journey touchpoints
  5. Can work independently, meet deadlines, and hit performance targets
  6. Bonus: Canva or design tool skills to create beautiful emails.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
