Overview

We’re seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and build a vibrant community across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone who loves creating engaging content, building online communities, and increasing brand visibility through authentic connection and storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content consistently (reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, live sessions).
  2. Design graphics and edit short-form videos aligned with Wellnest’s brand voice and aesthetic.
  3. Monitor DMs, comments, and actively nurture relationships with our online community.
  4. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure organic content aligns with campaigns and launches.
  5. Spot and adapt trending formats on TikTok and Instagram to Wellnest’s niche (mindset, parenting, growth).
  6. Support community engagement through interactive content, challenges, and online events.
  7. Track and report on growth metrics such as reach, engagement rate, and follower count.
  8. Consistently grow Wellnest’s social media pages and build an authentic, engaged community.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. A B.Sc. or HND in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field is a plus
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, organisations, or communities.
  3. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
  4. Strong track record of creating original, high-quality social content.
  5. Experience with lifestyle, education, or book/publishing brands is an advantage.

  3. Keeps up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram trends, enjoys experimenting with content formats.

  6. Excellent written communication and a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
