Requirements

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in senior financial management within banking or microfinance.
2. Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) required.
3. Strong analytical, forecasting, and risk management skills.
4. In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards and CBN financial regulations.
