Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Agungi – Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organisational objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment
- Lead performance management and appraisal systems to drive productivity.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Manage payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data-driven insights for management decision-making.
- Support management in organisational planning and change management.
- Promote and sustain a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
