Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Agungi – Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organisational objectives.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  3. Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment
  4. Lead performance management and appraisal systems to drive productivity.
  5. Develop training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  6. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  7. Manage payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives.
  8. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data-driven insights for management decision-making.
  9. Support management in organisational planning and change management.
  10. Promote and sustain a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  2. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  3. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
