Job Position: Social Media Handler
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

The Social Media Handler will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

This role requires creativity, consistency, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends in the real estate industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, etc.) across all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  2. Manage day-to-day social media activities — responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly.
  3. Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and property launches.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  5. Track and analyse social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, followers, conversions).
  6. Create and manage paid social media ads to drive inquiries and brand awareness.
  7. Stay updated on real estate market trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities.
  8. Suggest and implement creative growth strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Monthly growth in social media engagement and followers.
  2. Number of qualified leads generated from social media.
  3. Content consistency and brand tone adherence.
  4. Response time to customer inquiries online.
  5. Performance of social media ad campaigns (ROI, reach, and conversions).

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for brands (preferably in real estate or lifestyle).
  3. Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social analytics tools.
  5. Creative, organised, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  6. Must reside in Gudu or its environs

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
