Job Position: Accountant / Executive Assistant
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  3. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  4. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
  5. Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  6. Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
  7. Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  8. Maintain an updated general ledger.
  9. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  10. Monitor budget performance and highlight variances to management.
  11. Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
  12. Collaborate with the inventory and procurement team to ensure accurate financial tracking of stock purchases and usage.
  13. Assist in the financial reconciliation of stock levels with accounting records.

Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
