Job Position: Architect
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Architect with a strong eye for design and proven project management skills to join our team.

The ideal candidate combines creative vision with technical expertise, delivering functional, aesthetically compelling spaces that meet client requirements and comply with all building standards.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Concept & Design Development
  2. Project Management
  3. Technical Documentation
  4. Collaboration & Presentation
  5. Lead client presentations and design workshops.
  6. Work closely with the architecture and engineering teams to integrate interior design with overall building plans.

Requirements

  1. MSc in Architecture
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  3. 3-4 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio of built projects.
  4. Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  5. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
  6. Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  7. Knowledge of local building codes and sustainable design practices is an advantage.

Salary
N600,000 – N700,000 monthly.
