Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Micro Finance Officer/Lender to join our team!
As a key player in our Finance House, you will facilitate lending transactions, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Lending Transactions:
- Identify and evaluate credit opportunities
- Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment
- Prepare and process loan applications
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote our products
Credit Management:
- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio
- Identify and mitigate credit risks
- Ensure timely repayment and minimise defaults
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or related field
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an MFB or a finance company as a relationship officer.
