Job Position: Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to join a reputable Real Estate Company located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving property sales targets through effective marketing and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships.
  2. Promote property listings through various online and offline marketing channels.
  3. Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  5. Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  7. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
  3. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent networking and client relationship management.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
  7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
