Job Summary
The Post-Intern Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical care and support under minimal supervision while gaining advanced hands-on experience.
The role involves dispensing medications, counselling patients, supporting clinical services, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
This position serves as a transition from internship to full professional practice, preparing the pharmacist for independent responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and supply prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Provide drug information and patient counselling on safe and effective medication use.
- Assist in medication therapy management, including monitoring and documenting patient outcomes.
- Support the procurement, storage, and inventory control of medicines and medical supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional guidelines in all pharmacy operations.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly (Including HMO)
