Job Description
We are seeking a competent and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the company’s growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of oilfield and energy solutions across various sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Identify, engage, and close business opportunities in the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and performance reports to management.
- Represent the company in meetings, trade exhibitions, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Requirements / Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in business development, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of fuel management systems, oilfield services, or related technical products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
