Job Position: Admin / Social Media Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Officer in sourcing and identifying potential clients via social media channels
- Grow the company’s followers across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content to enhance brand presence
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Monitor and report on social media metrics and performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support in identifying potential clients via social media channels
- Studio booking and utilisation via social channels
- Month-on-month growth in followers across social media platforms
- Increased engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.)
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or business development support
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
