Job Position: Admin / Social Media Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the Business Development Officer in sourcing and identifying potential clients via social media channels
  2. Grow the company’s followers across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  3. Create and schedule engaging content to enhance brand presence
  4. Provide administrative support to the team
  5. Monitor and report on social media metrics and performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Support in identifying potential clients via social media channels
  2. Studio booking and utilisation via social channels
  3. Month-on-month growth in followers across social media platforms
  4. Increased engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.)

Requirements

  1. 1-2 years of experience in social media management or business development support
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  3. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
