Job Description
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote company projects and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Recommend innovative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and market share.
- Develop creative content for advertisements, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Plan and execute promotional events, property exhibitions, and open house activities
- Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand identity across all channels.
- Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with the media team to create engaging photo, video, and virtual tour content.
- Generate and nurture leads, forwarding qualified prospects to the Sales Department.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and client proposals.
- Track and report marketing campaign results on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and social media engagement insights for management for decision-making.
