Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Marketer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury real estate marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive sales and brand visibility.

You will be responsible for promoting high-end residential and commercial properties, attracting qualified leads, and closing sales. A strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a broad network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) are essential for success in this role.

Job Description

  1. Meet or exceed the minimum sales targets set by the organisation
  2. Sell the organisation’s real estate products by utilising effective sales techniques
  3. Develop and cultivate new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through lead generation and conversion strategies
  4. Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels to improve lead conversion rates
  5. Convert potential clients into customers by building strong relationships and continually refining sales processes to improve conversion rates
  6. Expand the organisation’s customer base by attracting new buying clients
  7. Represent the organisation and its products and services both internally and externally by delivering presentations and engaging in effective communication to promote the product
  8. Measure and optimise the buyer journey by analysing product feature adoption and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
  9. Ensure timely and appropriate delivery of contracts and documentation to clients

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or another related field.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, particularly in the luxury segment.
  3. Proven track record of closing high-value property sales.
  4. Strong network of HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and detail.
  7. Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
