Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Brief

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information on properties and services, and ensuring a positive client experience from first contact through post-sale support.

The role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the company’s sales and retention goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person.
  2. Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
  3. Follow up with prospective clients and leads to nurture interest and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
  4. Manage client complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  5. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
  6. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
  7. Guide clients through the property purchase, rental, or investment process.
  8. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  9. Prepare and share daily or weekly customer service reports with management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  6. A customer-first attitude with a professional and approachable demeanour.

Salary
N120,000 – N130,000 / month.
