Job Position: Compliance Officer
Location: Kano

Job Summary

A reputable manufacturing company in Kano is hiring a Compliance Officer to strengthen its regulatory and documentation processes.

This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in compliance, audit, and statutory reporting.

The successful candidate will ensure the organisation adheres to all relevant laws and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance with statutory filings and regulatory requirements (PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NMDPRA, CAC, etc.)
  2. Conduct internal compliance audits and assist in policy implementation
  3. Maintain accurate documentation and generate timely compliance reports
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to uphold regulatory and company standards
  5. Monitor changes in regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance, audit, or documentation management
  3. Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities
  5. Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks across departments.

Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 monthly.
