Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos

Job Objective

To ensure exceptional customer service by efficiently managing all orders, providing tailored product recommendations, and enhancing overall customer experience.

The role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, repeat patronage, and smooth coordination between the sales and kitchen teams.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone and Social Media Platforms.
  2. Assist customers in placing orders and selecting products that suit their preferences and occasions.
  3. Accurately process all customer orders within specified hours.
  4. Keep customers informed about new product offerings and promotions.
  5. Ensure all cakes and pastries are properly packaged for pick-up or delivery.
  6. Conduct follow-ups post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  7. Liaise with the kitchen team to confirm production timelines and meet delivery deadlines.
  8. Help coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to align with order demands.
  9. Oversee and ensure the timely pick-up or delivery of customer orders.
  10. Maintain and update the customer database to support targeted communications and loyalty programs.

Requirement

Interested candidates should possess academic qualifications and a complementary professional personality.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / month.
