Job Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing sales and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and experienced in selling consulting, training, or HR-related services.
Job Responsibilities
Business Growth and Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent client service and timely feedback management.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new clients.
Marketing and Strategy:
- Support marketing campaigns that drive visibility and lead generation.
- Work with the internal team to plan and execute seminars, trainings, and corporate events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
KPIs
- Monthly revenue and client acquisition targets achieved
- 5–8 qualified leads converted monthly
- Accurate sales pipeline reporting
- Strong client satisfaction and retention rate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting, HR services, or training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Abuja-based and familiar with the business environment.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
