Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent use of Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong calendar and appointment management skills.
- Experience with local and international flight bookings.
- Prior work experience in a Travel Agency is most preferred
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Remuneration & Perks
- N200,000 – N250,000 (net monthly)
