Job Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar activities
  2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  3. Organize meetings, prepare documents, and maintain records
  4. Run errands and coordinate logistics when required
  5. Assist with personal and work-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  6. Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times

Requirements

  1. OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
  2. 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  6. Must be reliable, smart, and able to work under pressure
  7. Must be ready for immediate resumption.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
