Job Summary

Pephla Medical Laboratory Diagnostic Centre is looking to hire an experienced and creative Marketing Officer.

The goal of this position is to attract more clients and referrals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, finding new clients, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Source new business opportunities and clients in the private and public sectors.
  2. Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
  3. Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  4. Conduct regular market intelligence activities.
  5. Assist in the development of healthcare plans.
  6. Participate in the formulation of the company’s marketing and sales plans.
  7. Achieve significant market penetration in line with set targets.
  8. Utilise sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of the Pephla Laboratory’s plans and services.
  9. Conduct environmental scans and develop products to meet the needs of target markets.
  10. Engage in promotional activities and trade shows, collaborating with agents and advertisers to market company products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
  2. At least 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  4. Experience with Health Maintenance Organisations is desirable.
  5. Knowledge of the National Health Insurance Scheme operations is desirable.
  6. Strong sales and customer relationship skills are essential.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Per Calendar Month + Commission / Month based on your input (Depending on experience and arrangement).
