About the Role

We are seeking a creative Social media manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing eye-catching designs, managing our social media presence, and boosting engagement through innovative content.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage an engaging content plan and strategies for our social media pages
  2. Design compelling graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
  3. Track trends and create content (reels, videos, graphics, captions) that boost brand engagement and grow online communities
  4. Collaborate with the team to develop and achieve engaging content
  5. Publish approved content across social media platforms
  6. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
  8. Monitor traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance to suggest improvements.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree / HND / OND in any relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in graphics design or social media management.
  3. Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email campaigns).
  4. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Photoshop, Figma, or Buffer, etc).
  5. Must be creative, up to date with trends, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
