Job Position: MTN FiberHome Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the FTTH/FTTX sales team to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
  2. Develop and execute regional sales strategies for MTN FiberHome broadband products and services.
  3. Utilise Google Earth and other tools for territory mapping, market analysis, and sales planning.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews using MS Office tools.
  7. Collaborate with technical, deployment, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  8. Ensure compliance with MTN FiberHome policies, sales processes, and EHS standards.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience and at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial position.
  2. Demonstrated success in the Nigerian telecom, fibre broadband (FTTH/FTTX), or related industry (e.g., FMCG).
  3. Strong analytical and planning skills with proficiency in Google Earth for territory mapping.
  4. Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
  5. Proven ability to design and implement sales strategies that exceed performance targets.
  6. Experience with MTN or ZTE fibre products and systems is a distinct advantage.
  7. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
