Job Position: Customer Service Social Media Personnel
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Requirements

  1. The candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration or a related field with 1-3 years. post-NYSC experience in Customer care and Social Media Personnel roles.
  2. The candidate will assist customers with fashion advice and product recommendations throughout their shopping experience.
  3. Candidate is expected to handle all content creation processes and work hands in with the creative department.
  4. Candidate is expected to always respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, or social media) in a professional and friendly manner.
  5. Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  10. The candidate should be enthusiastic, a team player and intuitive.
  11. Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.
  12. Preferably female for gender balance work environment
  13. Open to Abuja Residents Only.
