AA Rescue is a multi-service organisation founded in 2003 with the prime focus of giving comfort, removing distress and protecting the Nigerian populace by providing prompt emergency roadside assistance to stranded motorists in cases of vehicular breakdowns and accidents.
Job Position: Customer Service / Sales Executive
Location: Kaduna
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demonstrations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales (minimum 2–3 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and problem-solving mindset.
Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
