Job Position: Cook
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  2. Monitor food quality, taste, texture, and presentation to meet organisational standards.
  3. Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products, including labelling and dating.
  4. Minimise food wastage by following portion control guidelines.
  5. Follow strict hygiene practices and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  6. Work closely with other cooks and kitchen staff to meet daily production targets.
  7. Assist in training new staff on kitchen procedures and recipes.
  8. Participate in taste tests to maintain consistency in flavour and quality.
  9. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
  10. Assisting in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  11. Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  12. Collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
