Job Position: National Sales Manager (B2C) – FMCG (Edible Oils)

Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing National Sales Manager (B2C) to drive nationwide retail growth for its flagship edible oil brands.

If you are a proven FMCG sales leader with deep expertise in B2C channels, distributor management, and retail execution, this is your opportunity to lead a fast-growing portfolio across Nigeria.

What You’ll Lead

  1. Develop and execute a winning B2C sales & distribution strategy nationwide
  2. Grow market share across General Trade, Modern Trade & E-commerce
  3. Expand and manage a strong distributor, sub-distributor, and retail network
  4. Drive retail visibility, in-store activation, and strong trade execution
  5. Lead and coach a national sales force to deliver on volume and revenue targets
  6. Ensure efficient route-to-market operations and channel performance
  7. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer insights
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to optimise availability and drive growth

What We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Minimum of Second-Class Upper); MBA is an advantage.
  2. 7+ years of FMCG Senior Sales Leadership experience (B2C focus is a must)
  3. Strong track record managing distributors and retail channels
  4. Deep understanding of RTM models, trade marketing, and field execution
  5. Experience leading nationwide or large regional sales teams
  6. Proficiency with CRM/SFA tools and performance dashboards
  7. Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
