Job Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the real estate and construction value chain.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
  3. Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement and client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Construction Teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and market insights to clients and senior management.
  6. Track, monitor, and report client activity and revenue performance.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in client relationship management or business development.
  3. Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a strong added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong relationship management and client-facing skills.
  2. Excellent communication and ability to prepare professional client reports and proposals.
  3. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business partnerships.
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 monthly.
