Job Position: Brand Communications & Marketing Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Communications & Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure effective communication across all channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand communication strategies to position the company strongly within the fintech ecosystem.
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, PR activities, and corporate communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to design go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends in fintech.
- Measure and report performance of campaigns against KPIs, providing insights for improvement.
- Oversee content creation, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s is an added advantage).
- 5+ years of proven experience in brand management, B2B marketing, or communications, preferably within the fintech, banking, or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content development.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
