Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting interviews).
  2. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  3. Administer payroll, leave management, and benefits, support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  5. Organise trainings, performance reviews, and staff welfare programs.

Requirements

  1. Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with knowledge of HR software and labour regulations.
