Job Position: Procurement Executive – (3 Openings)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
  2. Prepare, review, and expedite purchase orders to guarantee timely supply.
  3. Source and evaluate vendors while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  4. Negotiate favourable terms and contracts to maximise cost savings.
  5. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring the availability of critical items.
  6. Collaborate with finance to reconcile invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
  7. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
  9. Support budget planning and cost-control measures.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
  3. Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering industry is an added advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  5. Proficiency in procurement and ERP software.
  6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
  7. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  8. Professional certification is a strong advantage.
