Location: Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

A Sales Representative’s job involves selling products/services by finding leads, demonstrating offerings, negotiating deals, and building customer loyalty, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to meet sales targets and drive company revenue, often tracking activities in CRM systems and collaborating with marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Finding new potential customers through networking, cold calling, or referrals.
  2. Customer Engagement: Contacting clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Execution: Conducting product demonstrations, giving presentations, negotiating prices, and closing deals.
  4. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and satisfaction.
  5. Pipeline & Activity Tracking: Using CRM software to log interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and report on performance metrics.
  6. Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
  7. Collaboration: Working with marketing and customer service to align strategies and ensure a positive customer journey.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  1. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Mindset: Results-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  3. Education/Experience: Often requires a high school diploma, but a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing is preferred; prior sales experience is valuable.

Types of Sales Reps

  1. Inside Sales: Sell remotely via phone or online.
  2. Outside Sales: Conduct face-to-face meetings and field sales.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
