Job Position: Relationship Sales Officer (Real Estate)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
The Role
As a Relationship Sales Officer, you will be the face of the company to our premium clients.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between dream homes and smart investments.
You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and property presentations to closing deals and providing exceptional after-sales support.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales: Identify and convert high-quality leads into successful property acquisitions.
- Build Relationships: Maintain and nurture a database of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Market Insight: Conduct site inspections and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the unique value of our portfolios.
- Negotiation: Expertly handle inquiries and negotiate deals to ensure win-win outcomes for the client and the firm.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm at networking events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Who You Are
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Experienced: You have 1 – 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate sales or luxury marketing.
- Dynamic & Young at Heart: You possess high energy, a professional “swag,” and the ability to connect with modern investors.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools and social media to drive engagement.
- Communicator: You have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Closer: You have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Mobile: Willingness to move within the city for site visits and client meetings.
