About the job
- Drive the strategic direction of the business development team to meet revenue goals
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to grow the business
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop tailored proposals and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with product offerings
- Lead negotiations and close deals to expand the client base and enhance profitability
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure Zeal Group remains at the forefront of the market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the tech or finance sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
