Job Position: Key Account Officer
Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Summary

As the Key Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating internal teams to deliver projects accurately and on time.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and smooth project execution
  2. Manage client SLAs, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks
  3. Coordinate with internal design, content, strategy, and media teams to meet client expectations
  4. Resolve client concerns quickly and maintain high satisfaction levels
  5. Document client feedback and support continuous service improvement

Requirements

  1. B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  2. 2 – 4 years’ experience as an account officer/manager in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
  3. Strong client management, communication, and multitasking abilities
  4. Ability to coordinate internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  5. Customer-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills.
