Job Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Summary

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the agency’s digital services to the right market segments.

You will identify business opportunities, pitch solutions, and build long-term relationships that contribute to agency growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services
  2. Develop proposal strategies, pitch presentations, and tailored service offerings
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships for continuous business growth
  4. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target opportunities
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  2. 3 – 5 years’ experience in business development within a digital marketing agency is mandatory
  3. Strong understanding of digital ads, content strategy, branding, and creative services
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  5. Results-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting sales targets.

Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 / month.
