Job Position: Senior Laboratory Technician (3 Openings)
Locations: Imo, Kwara, and Oyo
Job Summary
As the Senior Laboratory Technician, you will lead and execute advanced construction laboratory tests involving soil, asphalt, concrete, aggregates, and field assessments.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and execution of construction laboratory tests (soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, field tests).
- Oversee secondary testing related to permeability, strength, and material acceptance.
- Supervise proper recording, labelling, and documentation of samples and results.
- Ensure strict adherence to construction standards and accreditation guidelines.
- Maintain and oversee calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Compile and validate test data before submission or reporting.
Requirements
- Degree or HND qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or Geosciences.
- Minimum 2 years of construction laboratory experience.
- Must have strong hands-on experience with soil, asphalt, concrete, and field testing.
- Must be proficient in using computers for data entry, report compilation, and equipment documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test execution and reporting.
Salary
N150,000 – N220,000 monthly.
