Job Position: Junior Architect – Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design 2D and 3d visuals and all aspects of the design process, from initial concept through to completion
  2. Preparing detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software programs
  3. Liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals to gather information and discuss project requirements
  4. Undertaking site visits and surveys to collect data and measure spaces
  5. Identify opportunities for bid submissions, develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, write and edit proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and win bids.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or another relevant discipline, with 3 years of work experience.
  2. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of the facility management industry and the built-up environment, and be able to communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  3. Must be proficient in AUTOCAD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and MSWORD.
  4. Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
  5. Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
  6. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly.
