Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager drives product awareness and sales growth through marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and data-driven strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute demand generation and marketing campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to increase product uptake.
  3. Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance.
  4. Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards.
  5. Manage budgets, monitor results, and report performance to management.

Job Skills Required

  1. Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals
  3. Strong marketing and analytical skills.
  4. Good understanding of pharmaceutical markets.
  5. Excellent communication, planning, and team coordination skills.
  6. Creativity and ability to deliver measurable results.
