Job Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote, market, and sell our real estate products, including lands, estates, apartments, and investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients through online and offline channels
- Actively market real estate products to individuals, cooperatives, and corporate clients
- Conduct site inspections, property presentations, and client meetings
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on prospects
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Support content creation for ads, flyers, reels, and promotional materials
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing activations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the design and media team to improve brand visibility
Client & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Requirements & Qualifications
- OND / HND / BSc in any field
- Proven experience sales/marketing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of social media sales
- Must be proactive, confident, and customer-focused

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
