Chilis Restaurants is a contemporary African restaurant that offers a wide variety of meals that deliver an original taste of homemade meals while prioritising health hygiene. It is a 24-hour restaurant with good quality food and good service.

Job Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
Operations & Service:

  1. Supervise all F&B activities, ensuring quality, presentation, and service.
  2. Manage daily shift operations, opening/closing, and guest interactions.
  3. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
  4. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.

Staff Management:

  1. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage the performance of F&B staff.
  2. Conduct staff meetings and empower teams for excellent service.
  3. Ensure staff appearance and conduct meet standards.

Financial & Inventory Control:

  1. Monitor revenues, expenses, and budgets.
  2. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier negotiations.
  3. Control food and beverage costs.

Menu & Product:

  1. Assist in menu planning, design, and costing.
  2. Ensure quality and consistency of all food and drinks.

Compliance & Strategy:

  1. Enforce health, safety, and alcohol service laws.
  2. Develop strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  3. Collaborate with other departments (HR, Finance, Kitchen).

Lounge-Specific Focus:

  1. Building strong client/guest relationships for repeat business.
  2. Creating a positive and high-end service culture.
  3. Handling special events, parties, and group bookings.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 5 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
