Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Build relationships with clients to promote and engage Samovic Homes and Properties products.
• Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
• Generate sales leads to expand the customer base.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
• Achieve established performance targets within the specific time frame.
• Customer relationship management and ensuring the achievement of goals are attained.
• To maintain a high standard of customer service in order to increase the company’s market share vis-à-vis existing customers and enlarge the customer base.
• Prepare a report for management at intervals as may be required by management.
• To develop and maintain relationships with customers while communicating the company’s product and service offerings.
• A courteous, assertive and professional self-conduct.
