Role Overview

  • We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn brand messaging into high-performing email campaigns. If you have experience creating emails that drive strong open rates, click-throughs, and conversions, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns
  • Design and write compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs that drive action
  • Segment audiences and personalise campaigns for maximum impact
  • Manage automated email flows, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for higher engagement and ROI
  • Ensure all email communications align with brand voice and strategy
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
  • Maintain clean, organised, and compliant email databases
  • Stay updated with email marketing trends and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in email marketing (portfolio/case studies required)
  • Demonstrated success in improving open rates, CTR, and conversions
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience with major email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys and funnels
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and automation
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
