Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide product and service information clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (as applicable)
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
