We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer who can combine strategic email marketing with high-quality visual design to deliver campaigns that not only look great but also drive engagement and conversions. Whoever gets this position will support in other areas with graphics design.

The Role

  • This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create visually engaging email campaigns that align with brand identity and deliver measurable performance.
  • You’ll be responsible for designing and executing email marketing campaigns, creating high quality graphics, and ensuring communications are both aesthetically strong and strategically effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with client goals
  • Build and manage email workflows, newsletters, and promotional sends
  • Design visually appealing email layouts and supporting graphics
  • Create marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
  • Optimise emails for performance, deliverability, and mobile responsiveness
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and refine strategies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all email and visual communications
  • Collaborate with the social media and strategy teams on integrated campaigns
  • Ad hoc social media / marketing responsibilities amongst our team

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in email marketing and graphic design
✅ Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign management
✅ Skilled in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or related design tools
✅ Ability to design clean, engaging email templates and marketing visuals
✅ Understanding of email performance metrics and optimisation strategies
✅ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns remotely
✅ Detail-oriented with a good eye for layout, typography, and branding

Bonus If You Have:

⭐ Experience in content creation for digital platforms
⭐ Ability to support campaign messaging with light copy or visual storytelling
⭐ Familiarity with marketing automation or segmentation strategies
⭐ Experience working with hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
