Job Position: Customer Service Officer (2 Openings)
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

 Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Support the sales team with order processing and client follow-ups.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  5. Provide information about the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  1. HND / BSc Degree in any field
  2. 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical sales environment.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
  6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
  7. Professionalism and the ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
  8. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare systems, or medical terminology is an added advantage.
