We have vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers for savings, current, fixed deposit, and loan products.
  • Mobilise deposits and originate quality loan applications within assigned territories
  • Conduct daily field visits, market activations, cluster engagement, and SME prospecting.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate customer onboarding documentation and full KYC compliance.
  • Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and support recovery efforts where required.
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance updates.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and SME banking products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.

Remuneration
Basic Salary + Commission
