Job Title: Sales Manager – Digital Oilfield & IT Outsourcing

Job Summary

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and closing enterprise deals within the oil & gas and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Digital Oilfield and IT outsourcing services
  • Build strong relationships with clients across oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion
  • Prepare and present proposals, solutions, and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Lead negotiations and close strategic business deals
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Monitor industry trends in digital oilfield technologies, IoT, and IT services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in enterprise sales or business development
  • Background in oil & gas technology, digital oilfield solutions, or IT outsourcing
  • Strong skills in client engagement, negotiations, and solution selling
