Job Title: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects according to approved designs, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to translate concepts into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor budgets and resources, taking corrective actions to prevent overruns.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Perform any other duties aligned with the role as assigned by the Company.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in interior design, construction, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
