Job Title: Senior Property Development & Sales Associate
Job Summary
The Senior Property Development & Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Five28 Properties’ portfolio.
This individual will lead property sourcing, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales execution, while providing strategic input into investment decisions and market positioning.
This role is suited for an experienced professional with a strong track record in real estate, sales, or property investment, who is commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven.
Requirements
- Relevant certifications or professional memberships are an added advantage.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in real estate, property sales, investment advisory, or business development
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment principles.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to analyze property value and investment potential.
